Craft beer is about experience. It's about savoring moments and flavors and sharing them with old friends while making new ones. It's also great for getting you out of your comfort zone and into something new. BYOBeer Dinners are beer dinners designed to do that. We partner with local restaurants throughout the Chicagoland area - some of them Chicago institutions in their own right - to plan custom menus that our beer experts pair with beer from breweries all over the country.
You bring your appetite and we'll bring the beer.
PAST EVENTS:

Rickshaw Republic brought the vibrant culture of Indonesia and its street culture to Chicago. The restaurant is a family affair -- Tommy, Elice, Emil and Oscar Setiawan have a passion for bringing authentic, unpretentious (and downright delicious) Indonesian street food to Chicago. We enjoyed a family-style meal served in the "Rice Table" tradition, an elaborate feast that featured a variety of small dishes served alongside rice. Take a look at the preview post of the pairings and the photos from the delicious event.
Pearl's Place is a Chicago institution. It's a Bronzeville staple that serves up Southern Soul Food in a white table cloth atmosphere. It's the kind of place that makes you feel at home as it serves you the best stick-to-your-ribs southern soul food feast that will leave you full and happy. We tasted through a custom menu of some of our favorites: shrimp and cheesy grits, jambalaya, fried chicken, mac n' cheese, peach cobbler and more.
