Omega Midnight Stout is our first collaboration with Omega Yeast Labs in Chicago. We worked with them to create a proprietary blend of yeasts that worked together to create a sweet fruity stout with a dry finish. A big, dark delicious beer that you can drink right away or set aside for a special occasion.
