In the early 90s, 27-year-old Adam Averystumbled upon the art of homebrewing after being accepted to law school. “Homebrewing totally consumed me,” he says. “I had two or three batches going at once.” Making the tough decision to forego law school, Adam talked his father, Larry, into using some of his retirement money to open a brewery with him. Thankfully (for our sake and for Larry's), Adam’s talent for brewing led to the creation of some memorable brews. After 20 years of brewing award-winning beer in a small warehouse, Adam finally got a chance to build his dream brewery. He wanted to create a special space for people to come together and connect over craft beer and great food.
