As Delivery Team Leader for the Hand Family Companies’ Clarksville location, Mark Panczer oversees the delivery routes, delivery drivers, loading, maintenance, and follows-up with customers to ensure that our deliveries are of the highest quality. As Delivery Team Leader, Mark also handles the hiring of drivers and any customer feedback. A 22 year veteran of the U.S. Army, Mark says that many of the logistical and managerial skills he developed as an Electronic Maintenance Chief in the Army serve him every day. When he isn’t at work, Mark can be found riding his bike or out running.
