Most people do not know that there were originally six Spice Girls. Hoppy Spice’s future looked bright, but after the rest of the team voted to change the words of her original song, “If You Want to Be My Brewer”, she left the group to pursue other passions.
Just like the singer/songwriter, this beer is no wannabee. On first sip, the heat of the ghost peppers is mild, but as you work your way through the beer it begins to emerge ever so slightly. Alluring earthy notes and spicy Chinook hops complete the profile of this big-bodied, high gravity IPA.
