3 Sheeps encourages their brewers to experiment and explore new ingredients and flavors when brewing. Roll Out the Barrel part of the brewery's small batch Nimble Lips Noble Tongue series, those experiential beers that become hits. Except this is their first large scale barrel project; so to celebrate, they named it after a Wisconsin tradition. Renting some space in Chardonnay barrels, Roll Out the Barrel is a Belgian-style golden ale that is a unique hybrid of some of the best qualities of beer and wine.
