HR Services Manager

As the Hand Family Companies’ Human Resources Services Manager, Alyssa Pierce oversees the totality of the H.R. spectrum. From designing forms, to answering employee questions regarding benefits, to overseeing employee education at the various branches, Alyssa travels across all the Hand Family Companies to ensure that our operations are working as they should be. Alyssa also handles recruitment both within and outside of the company, as well as insurance matters and policy rollout. When she isn’t at work Alyssa enjoys spending time with her two children and getting immersed in a good book.
