As the Property Manager for the Hand Family Companies, Charlsie Hand manages the construction, expansion and landscaping for the Hand Family Companies various locations. Graduating from Austin Peay State University in 1987, Charlsie has been working for the Hand Family Companies ever since. What she loves most about the beer industry is the people she works with, as well as the interesting customers she has met over the years. Charlsie sees the beer industry as an extension of the hospitality industry, and tries to treat her job as one of making people happy and comfortable. When she isn’t at work she can be found rescuing animals at the local Humane Society, or reading books for pleasure.
