DeVon Robertson is our Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Relations for Hand Family Companies. He has been working in the beverage industry since 2009, and he oversees the entire life cycle of an employee; from hiring and training to pay, insurance, sick leave and vacation. DeVon graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in Human Resources Management and enjoys the beverage industry because the people work hard but still like to have fun.
When DeVon isn’t at work he can be found with his family, or playing basketball, something he has enjoyed since he played in high school.
