Estrella Jalisco is one of the largest brands in Mexico and was first brewed in Guadalajara, Jalisco in 1910. Jalisco is one of the largest states in Mexico, located in western Mexico. It is known also as the cultural capital of the country. Some of the most iconic Mexican traditions and symbols originate from there: Mariachis, ranchera music, a famous dance known as “Jarabe Tapatío”, renowned crafting techniques, and “charrería” or rodeo. That’s why the old expression says, “Jalisco is Mexico”. This 4.50% ABV pilsner, pours with a pale-crystal golden yellow color and has a refreshingly light flavor.
