Fort Collins Brewery

Fort Collins Brewery was founded on June 1, 1992 in Fort Collins, Colorado. One of the oldest craft breweries in Colorado, Fort Collins Brewery brews everything from pilsners to barleywines, but always approaches their brewing as a form of art. In the brewery’s words, “only when a recipe and method are built on an inspired idea, can a beer reach its full potential.” Believing that beer is an inherently social beverage, FCB believes it is best enjoyed with friends and family, and brews beers that have engaging, full flavors for just that reason. Finally, believing that beer is best when paired with good eats, FCB brews many beers that are specifically designed to be enjoyed along with food. The brewery also believes that they have an obligation to their community, and ship all their spent grain to local farmers as cattle feed, along with using bio-degradable and recyclable materials for their packaging. FCB wants their beers to be the magnets bringing people together, wherever they may be enjoyed.
