George Dixon serves as Operations Manager for both the Hand Family Companies’ Cookeville and Chattanooga locations. George manages the warehouse, delivery, and maintenance teams, bringing nearly three decades of specialized experience to the beverage industry since 1996. Throughout his distinguished tenure, George has held a variety of pivotal roles, including Peddle Salesman, Route Manager, Area Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, and Sales Execution Coordinator. This diverse background provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the business from the ground up.
George is particularly passionate about witnessing the company’s evolution into a high-volume supplier for leading brands. Outside of his professional commitments, he prioritizes family life, often spending time with his grandchildren or exploring new destinations through travel.
