Locally made and painted tap handles
Born + Raised tap handles begin their journey in a local workshop. Cut from raw wood, each handle is etched on three sides with the remaining side left blank. From there, Goose Island partners with Chicago-based artists to hand paint a canvas comprised of 100 individual tap handles. Once the canvas is completed, the tap handles are distributed to Chicago establishments. Each tap handle is unique and has a numbered plate, in the same way every Chicagoan is part of our city and every neighborhood is part of our hometown.
