Jackalope

Jackalope Brewing Company was founded by Robyn Virball and Bailey Spaulding, two friends who had met years previous in St. Andrews, Scotland and both had nurtured a desire to make great beer. The name, Jackalope, comes from a t-shirt Bailey had as a child with a picture of the mystical beast and the words “Believe in Yourself” below. This is the motto of Jackalope Brewing, to believe in yourself, and believe in good beer. Located in Nasheville, Tennessee, Jackalope prides itself on providing the best beer to the local bar and restaurant scene, but as demand has grown so has production and today Jackalope can be found from Hendersonville to Chattanooga.
