The first beer any brewer tastes when visiting another brewery is always its pilsner. Unlike other styles, pilsners can't hide faults behind malt, hops, or barrels, and so are a true representation of the brewery at hand. At Moody Tongue, they find beauty in the simplicity of this style and as brewers, they respect the challenge. This is their pilsner, and they are excited to share it with you.
