Moosehead has a long and storied history. Since 1867 they’ve survived two fires, expanded their line of beers, began distributing worldwide, and even discovered a little known part of the human psyche called the Outer-self. And they owe it all to Susannah Oland, who sailed from England to Nova Scotia in 1865 and, luckily for us, brought her recipe for a rather delicious brown ale with her. Cheers to that.
