Tallgrass Brewing Company was founded in Manhattan, Kansas, in 2007 by Jeff Gill and his wife Tricia, and currently distributes in 13 states. With its core line of brands including 8-Bit Pale Ale, 16-Bit Double Pale Ale, Buffalo Sweat Oatmeal Cream Stout and Ethos IPA as well as several seasonal releases, Tallgrass expanded its operations into a 60,000-square-foot brewery in 2015. Through its dedication to quality in its Grain-to-Glass™ program, Tallgrass is committed to providing consistently remarkable beers.
