Schnickelfritz is a Bavarian-Style Weiss beer, unfiltered and made with German wheat. The Weissbier yeast adds a fruity aroma, and it is very light and refreshing. Schnickelfritz finishes with a banana and clove flavor, which is all naturally produced by the Weissbier yeast.
