Chicago Distilling Company

Chicago Distilling Company was founded in 2010 by the DiPrizio family turning a family pastime making moonshine and wine in the Northwoods of Wisconsin into what promises to be a multi-generational business. Production of their small batch spirits began in the Fall of 2013 in the Logan Square Neighborhood of Chicago where husband and wife, Jay and Noelle call home.

Over the past 11 years, they've grown beyond their roots as distillers to become a national beverage group. Today, they offer an extensive range of products, including craft spirits, ready-to-drink cocktails, and innovative CBD and THC beverages.
