New Customers: Account Set-up
Lakeshore Beverage may only sell to businesses registered as retailers or resellers in Illinois with an active state liquor license. The IBT number shown on the liquor license must be registered as a retailer or reseller and be active for Illinois state sales and use tax.
Please complete the required forms to begin the process. New account setup takes 1–2 business days to complete. Once the new account is registered, an assigned Sales Pro will contact you to finalize delivery details and initiate your first order.
