Celebrate Cider Month at Pastoral and meet two of the most talented artisan producers in the Midwest during this fun and filling pairing class at Bar Pastoral!
Herb Eckhouse of LaQuercia Meats and Greg Hall, founder of Virtue Cider will be leading attendees through a guided tasting of various cuts of cured, sustainably-raised, heritage pork paired with crisp, local Michigan cider.
