Showcasing hops comes naturally to Upland Brewing. They developed HopSynth by blending younger batches of their blonde base sour, Basis, then dry-hopping with new and experimental varieties of hops. This non–traditional combination results in a unique balance of tart and hoppy avors, as well as a range of hop aromas, including pine, tropical fruits and citrus notes. Drink this tart, dry, refreshing sour ale as fresh as possible to get the full effect.
